I used to like a lot eating half cooked meat and seafood. I did that not knowing how dangerous this can be. The bacteria love the meat and the seafood. They are incubators for all kind of germs and other small nasty disease causing organisms. I had once problems with my stomach after eating food half cooked. It was not a serious matter but I had red some stuff about half-cooked food after that and now I am really scared what I might cause to myself having such food habits. I always put my food to excessive heat processing now. I think the risk of all the bacteria is real and I am afraid to catch something from half cooked meal. Even I like the taste I had made the sacrifice for my safety.
