For first time I read that scientists conduct a research that proves that the attractiveness of something can be less if you just thing about this thing. For instance you like the chocolate. But chocolate ads weight and you should not eat it. So you start to suppress your desire for eating chocolate. According to the new theory it would be more effective if you allow yourself to dream about the chocolate or any other subject of “sinful” desires. The explanation is that if a certain stimulus is used multiple times the pleasure is less in time. So start dreaming and you might get rid of your nasty habits.
