The articles for healthy food say that the broccoli is very good food. It is a valuable source for cellulose, calcium, vitamins like vitamin C and vitamin A and many other things that you may find inside. It proves to be a very good source of useful elements. Also it is very low on calories and this makes it even better for you. Sad thing is that when you process it many of the vitamins are lost. In order to preserve most of its value the broccoli must be steam-cooked.  Stewed broccoli is the broccoli you must eat. The sad thing is that I don’t like it how it tastes this way. The only way I can eat it is as cream-soup with other spices that hide the broccoli taste. Sad indeed – the things that are healthy are not tasty.
